SHIPPING TERMS
Thank you for visiting and shopping at atteza.com. we are committed to offering exceptional service and we will do our best to expedite the delivery of your articles. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders placed during a holiday or promotion will have an approximate lead time of at least 3-4 business days upon receipt of orders. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer a $7.99 flat fee for all shipping packages delivered within the USA continental territory. atteza.com ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We currently do not ship outside the U.S.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Please refer to this number to track the information of your delivery
Customs, Duties and Taxes
atteza.com not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
atteza.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
RETURN POLICY
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Thank you for shopping at Atteza, we pride ourself in the quality of the products we offer and your satisfaction is our number one priority. We do not accept refunds or returns but we do accept exchanges in the rare cases where the merchandise is defective or damaged. Every piece we deliver is manually inspected meeting a strict quality control in order to make sure it arrives in perfect condition. Once an order has shipped, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Canceling An Order
Although we do not accept any returns or exchanges, you may cancel an order before it ships from our facility if it has not been in packed or staged for shipping.
The tracking shows the package was delivered but I didn’t receive my package. What if I have a lost or stolen package?
Once an order has shipped, atteza is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address as entered for the order. Please contact the carrier for any information regarding the delivery. Have your tracking number available to provide to the carrier to assist with the investigation. Once an order has shipped and tracking becomes available, we recommend the receiver be available on the estimated date of arrival of the package or the receiver to contact the carrier to schedule a pick up at the holding facility.
If the carrier is unable to assist with finding the package, please contact us at info@atteza.com with the case number provided from the carrier and we can assist you further.
How To Return Your Item
Customers may return the package to the designated shipping address and cover the shipping fee for returning the package only if the customer service staff has authorized the return. You can contact us if you have any questions at info@atteza.com regarding authorized returns
Shipping Costs for returns
You will be responsible for paying for the returned shipment. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
